If you would like to join the North Surburban Parents of Multiples (NSPOM) Club, please click on the link below to view the membership application. Prospective members are encouraged to contact NSPOM.
If you are pregnant, you can enjoy the benefits of membership free-of-charge until three months past your due date. During that time, you can take part in all club functions, receive our newsletter, and attend our monthly meetings. After that, you can decide to become a full-fledged member.
If you already have twins, you can enjoy the benefits of membership free-of-charge for three months. During that time, you can take part in all club functions, receive our newsletter, and attend our monthly meetings. After that, you can decide to become a full-fledged member.

Printable NSPOM Membership Form
Click the link above to view the NSPOM membership application form. Print out a copy and fill it in. Bring your completed form to one of the monthly meetings and give it to the membership coordinator (or any other board member).
Remember, prospective NSPOM members do not have to pay dues for three months.
